6) Cookies, pixels & server-side tracking
We use client-side and server-side technologies to run the Site and measure performance, including:
- Analytics: e.g., Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Advertising pixels/SDKs: e.g., Meta, Google Ads/YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn (we may add/remove networks over time).
- Tag management/CDN/security: e.g., Google Tag Manager; DreamHost (hosting); Cloudflare (planned).
- Audience matching: We may use hashed identifiers (e.g., hashed email/phone) to create, measure, or exclude ad audiences. We treat hashed identifiers as personal information and honor opt-out/GPC before any audience use.
You can adjust preferences via our Cookie Settings link and your browser settings. Some features may not function if certain cookies are disabled. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals; we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and other recognized universal opt-out signals where required (see Section 9).
7) How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose the categories above to:
Service providers / processors (acting on our instructions):
- Hosting/CDN/security: DreamHost (current), Cloudflare (planned).
- WordPress & theme/plugins: WordPress, Thrive Themes/Architect, and related plugins.
- Analytics & measurement: GA4 and similar tools.
- Email & CRM: Kit (ConvertKit) and similar providers.
- Checkout/payments: Stripe (current); SamCart and Square (now or in the future).
- Tag management & developer tools: Google Tag Manager and similar.

- Other providers as reasonably necessary to operate the Services.
Advertising/marketing partners (often independent controllers):
- Platforms that provide ad delivery, measurement, and audience tools (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
- Where required by law, cross-context behavioral advertising is treated as “sharing” (see Section 9).
Legal or business transfers
- As necessary to comply with law, protect rights/safety, or in connection with corporate transactions.
We contractually require processors to handle personal information under appropriate safeguards.
8) Your communications choices
- Email: We use double opt-in for marketing via Kit (ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe at any time via links in our emails; we process opt-outs within required timeframes.
- SMS: Not currently used for RWI. If added later, we will update this Policy and obtain the required consent.
9) “Do Not Sell or Share” & Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We do not sell personal information for money. We may share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g., through pixels or audience tools). If your state law treats this as “sharing,” you may opt out as follows:
- Use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer.
- Adjust preferences in Cookie Settings (footer).
- We honor GPC and other recognized universal opt-out signals where required. If your browser sends a valid signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser and, where feasible, for your account if you are logged in.
Opting out of sales/sharing does not stop all advertising; you may still see contextual or non-personalized ads.
10) Your privacy rights (by state)
Depending on your state, you may have rights to:
- Access/Know categories and specific pieces of personal information.
- Correct inaccuracies.
- Delete information (subject to exceptions).
- Opt out of sales/sharing and targeted advertising.
- Opt out of certain profiling/automated decisions.
- Data portability.
- Appeal our decision on your request (where required).
How to submit a request

We verify requests (e.g., email verification and limited data matching) and respond within the time required by law (we may extend once where permitted). You may use an authorized agent with written authorization and identity verification. For states requiring appeals, you may submit an appeal via the same email or form; we will explain our decision and your options. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11) Sensitive information
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, health diagnoses, SSN). Do not submit PHI or detailed medical records. If you inadvertently provide sensitive data, we will handle it per this Policy and applicable law and may delete or minimize it.
12) Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law:

We may retain information longer if required by law, to resolve disputes, or to enforce agreements.
13) Security
We use reasonable and appropriate safeguards, including TLS encryption, role-based access control, MFA for admin tools where available, least-privilege access, regular backups, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and keep credentials confidential.
14) Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will promptly review and delete it where required.

We target U.S. residents and do not intentionally market to individuals located in the EU/EEA or UK. If you are located outside the U.S., please do not use the Services.
16) Third-party links and embeds
The Site may link to third-party sites or include third-party embeds (e.g., YouTube videos, social features). Those providers may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
